No. Premium is a one-time payment for a fixed term: 1 month or 12 months of access. When the term ends, access simply returns to Free — nothing is charged again and there is nothing to cancel. You can buy another term whenever you like.
Is the Founder Pass truly lifetime?
Yes. Founder Pass is a one-time payment that grants lifetime Premium access plus permanent Founder status.
Can I get the Founder Pass after launch?
No. Founder Pass is only available before the official GTA VI launch. After launch it will never be obtainable again.
