What we collect

• Passport account data: the email address and profile details you provide when you create an account and sign in.
• Your saved activity: bookmarks, favourites, collections, notes and reading/completion progress you create while signed in.
• AI assistant interactions: the questions you send to LEONIDA AI and the answers returned, so your conversation history works.
• Membership state: whether your account holds a Premium or Founder entitlement.
• Newsletter and contact messages: the name, email address and message you choose to send us.

Retention periods

The following retention policy is provisional and must be validated once the company's jurisdiction is confirmed.

• Account, profile and Passport data: kept for the life of the account; deleted on request, with a maximum of 30 days for operational removal.
• Progress, favourites and collections: kept until you delete them or close your account.
• AI requests and conversations: maximum 90 days, except in security cases or where legal obligations require otherwise.
• Authentication and security logs: 12 months.
• Contact and support messages: 24 months from the closure of the request.
• Cookie preferences and consent records: 5 years from your last choice or withdrawal.
• Analytics data: maximum 13 months.
• Backups: maximum 30 days after deletion from the live system.
