Grand Theft Auto VI is now officially available to pre-order worldwide.
Rockstar Games confirmed that global pre-orders opened on June 25, 2026, marking another major milestone in the countdown to the game’s November launch.
PRE-ORDERS ARE NOW LIVE
Rockstar updated its official GTA VI pre-order announcement to confirm that Grand Theft Auto VI is now available to pre-order globally.
Players can choose between the Standard Edition and the Ultimate Edition.
The game is currently scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
STANDARD AND ULTIMATE EDITIONS
The Standard Edition includes the core Grand Theft Auto VI single-player experience.
The Ultimate Edition adds an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, businesses and additional content integrated throughout Jason and Lucia’s story.
Rockstar has also confirmed that players who purchase GTA VI before November 20, 2026 will receive the Vintage Vice City Pack.
VINTAGE VICE CITY PACK
The Vintage Vice City Pack is included with GTA VI pre-orders and qualifying purchases made before November 20.
The pack includes items inspired by an earlier era of Vice City and adds additional vehicles, clothing, hairstyles and weapon customization.
DIGITAL PRE-ORDER BONUS
Players who pre-order a digital version of Grand Theft Auto VI also receive a free month of GTA+ where eligible.
This promotional bonus is available as part of Rockstar’s digital pre-order campaign.
PRELOAD BEGINS NOVEMBER 12
Digital pre-orders can begin pre-loading Grand Theft Auto VI on November 12, one week before launch.
The preload window allows players to download the game in advance and be ready when GTA VI becomes available on November 19.
PHYSICAL VERSION
The physical version of Grand Theft Auto VI is also scheduled to become available from November 12.
Rockstar has confirmed that the physical package contains a download code inside the box rather than a game disc.
This allows physical edition buyers to participate in the same preload period.
THE FINAL MONTHS BEFORE LAUNCH
The opening of global pre-orders moves GTA VI into another stage of its release campaign.
Rockstar first confirmed development of the next Grand Theft Auto in 2022.
Trailer 1 officially revealed GTA VI in December 2023.
Trailer 2 expanded the story and world in May 2025.
After two changes to the release schedule, November 19, 2026 became the current official launch date.
With global pre-orders now live, Rockstar’s focus is increasingly shifting toward launch.
